Each product is unique as it is handcrafted which implies that no two pieces can be exact replicas, with a 5-10% margin on changes in weights and dimensions and therefore the overall look. The stones used may have, indentations, inclusions or other slight imperfections which are the identity and beauty of naturally occurring gemstones. Having said that, we strive towards putting all our efforts to match it to the specifications provided on the website and do not compromise on quality at any point.

If you see a change in prices in product it is because we revise our prices if there is a hike in the prevalent gold rates or other precious materials used in the design.

Your jewellery has been handmade with love in Jaipur! Please follow the care instructions mentioned below to show it some love back –

• Always store your jewellery in an airtight plastic container. If you store your jewellery in any non-airtight container, it will tarnish over time
• Prolonged exposure to moisture can tarnish your jewellery so you should not leave it out on your dresser for long or too often
• Avoid storing multiple pieces of jewellery together as this could scratch or damage the gemstones. If you are travelling with your jewellery, please wrap each piece separately in a muslin cloth
• When wearing your jewellery put it on last – after putting on your makeup, lotions, perfume, cosmetics, hair sprays etc.
• Your jewellery should not come into contact with water, liquids, perfumes, chemicals, creams or cosmetics.
